Hi dano78, I get exact the same error message when I try to install SimEFB, and I think I have tryed everything, but it wont work. Today I find on this forum that they talk about version 1.6 and 1.7. I have 1.10 that is what I got when I bought from Just Fligt. Where did you buy the app and what version do you have?

The latest version is at: sim-efb.com/dev/upgrade152626162But nothing has changed in the respect of sim connect. Sim Connect is part of FS2020 so such an error is kind of external to Sim EFB. Usually, strange errors are caused by Permission, Virus checkers or anti-malware killing files. Sorry I have little to help...

I found the site, but I hav not recieved a confirmation mail when I try to register to the site.
Where do SimEFB expect to find simconnect.dll?

I don't know since there is 3 different type of FS2020 install it makes the question a bit more complicated. The Sim EFB references Microsoft.FlightSimulator.SimConnect. On my test machine, in the SIM Efb directory I have: Microsoft.FlightSimulator.SimConnect.dll SimConnect.dll The 7th entry on this page explains: www.avsim.com/forums/topic/583689-simconnect-could-someone-explain/You said you did something to one of the simconnect related SIM EFB files. You should not need to change anything. I guess you have tried deleting all the files in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\simEFBmanager. And then try a new install.
