I have another flight plan that's causing an overflow during publishing. Here is the text of the plan.
h Flight : KAXH KDWH Depart:KAXH Arival:KDWH CrAlt:0ft + AIRPORT:KAXH,29.506139,-95.476917,0ft,0
+ USER WAYPOINT:SV001,29.510331,-95.537241,0ft,0
+ USER WAYPOINT:SV002,29.464997,-95.565099,0ft,0
+ USER WAYPOINT:SV003,29.484223,-95.622302,0ft,0
+ USER WAYPOINT:SV004,29.624344,-95.667351,0ft,0
+ AIRPORT:KIWS,29.818194,-95.672611,0ft,0
+ USER WAYPOINT:SV005,29.933315,-95.526878,0ft,0
+ USER WAYPOINT:SV006,29.992789,-95.544297,0ft,0
+ AIRPORT:KDWH,30.061778,-95.552789,0ft,0
+ First Section,90,1500,5 Text under section Heading has Name, Altitude and then distance. Sim EFB will calc Ground speed and ETE if not given on line and append on the end of the line Press [Publish] button to publish to External panel to see what it looks like
+ Second Section,120,3000,15 Text under section
+ Third Section,270,4500,25 Use ` (top left on most keyboards) if you want degrees
-- Two -- at start of line adds a horizontal line and so on...
Or just enter some simple text Or just add Maps And charts
The plan did not cause an overflow until after I appended the example text plan. And if I delete the example text, publishing works again.
I hope that helps to identify the problem.

Yes I can see the problem. So when it reads a line like: + USER WAYPOINT:SV001,29.510331,-95.537241,0ft,0
It sets the format of the whole plan to be Heading, lat, long, alt,... ( I think lat/long is the right way round)
But the example is in a different format with no Lat-Long coordinates and thus fails: + Second Section,120,3000,15
Will fix in future version
