I got to try this out within a few minutes of purchase....followed all the instructions and submitted my email. Nothing. I have tried the email used at the vender, double checked code supplied at purchase, today tried a different email...still nothing....There is no direct contact other than this forum....so can someone direct me to what is wrong? Thanks in advance;;;;;U-turn
So now I am locked out...not a happy camper!

What is your e-mail address?
I sent you an e-mail to the registered e-mail address.
You posted you had not had a confirmation e-mail. The system shows it being sent 8 times, and you have another reg which I have deleted. I have manually set you to e-mail confirmed as I’m in a fly competition this week for the rest of the week so will be very busy, and nervous.

My email address is correct as is the release number. I have re-submitted many times but still no confirmation email? Can you help please? I've paid for software that I can now not use?
