Make Notepad accept speech to text dictation

I fly in VR and use Voiceattack a bunch.  I would like to use the Notepad to document ATC instructions using Voiceattack speech to text.  I presently use Windows Notepad to capture the notes, but, it would be great to be able to use just the Sim EFB notepad.
